"Can you identify any funnels in the archive related to the yoga coaching or some element of wellness coaching and outline the main funnel structures they have. What initial o low ticket order, or lead magenta do they operate. How do they max ltv per clients. What angles are they running on ads successfully."
The short version. The library has no funnel run by an individual yoga coach. It has sixteen funnels that sell yoga, mobility, mindfulness or "wellness coaching" at scale, and they split into two families. The web2app family (Yoga-Go, BetterMe, WalkFit, FitMe, Liven, The Fabulous, Wisey, Luvly, InnerFlo, Hypnozio) runs a 30 to 60 step quiz into a $1 to $7 trial that renews at $39 to $50 a month, then sells human coaching as the first upsell. The info-product family (MovesMethod, The Life Coach School, Mindvalley) sells a $5 to $27 digital product or a free guide first, then a yearly community or membership, then a call. Ad angles are not "yoga". They are the symptom the buyer already feels: lower-back stiffness, procrastination, childhood trauma, cortisol, insomnia.
Method note. FOTW funnels were found by searching every funnel's metadata and host commentary for yoga, pilates, meditation, mindfulness, mobility and coaching. Consumer App Index (CAI) apps were found by searching 311 app records for the same terms plus walking, breathwork, stress, sleep, habit and face yoga, then keeping the ones with captured funnels. We have no conversion or revenue data for any of them. Traffic is SimilarWeb monthly visits for August 2026.
Sixteen funnels qualify. Ten are web2app subscription apps captured by CAI, five are FOTW breakdowns, one (Liven) is in both. The table gives each funnel's spine in one line. The two families are structurally different, so the rest of the report keeps them apart.

Yoga-Go is the purest yoga example. The lander is an age gate ("Yoga plan for your age group, 1-minute quiz") with four photo tiles from 35-44 to 65+. The quiz then runs 36 steps. Body-image and habit questions come first, the "what is your yoga level" question sits at step 15, and email is asked at step 27, after a "great choices, we are almost done" reassurance screen. The plan is presented as a projected weight chart before any price appears.

Yoga-Go's paywall capture in CAI is a broken file (404 on both images), so the price is not shown here. Its sibling apps below show the standard three-tier paywall this family uses.
Nine of the ten web2app funnels use the same pricing architecture: three tiers, a one-week "trial" as the cheapest, a four-week or one-month plan pre-selected as "most popular", and a renewal price two to six times the intro price in the fine print. CAI's pricing extraction gives the exact numbers.
| Funnel | Cheapest entry | Default (pre-selected) | Renewal after intro | Guarantee |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BetterMe (all verticals) | $6.93 first week | 4-week plan $15.19 | $38.95 every 4 weeks | Money-back policy linked |
| Liven (EN) | €6.93 first week | 4-week plan €19.99 | €39.99 every 4 weeks (5.8x the trial) | none stated |
| WalkFit | $4.99 one-week trial | 4-week plan $19.99 | €38.95/month (seen in the cancel flow) | none stated |
| FitMe | $1.99 7-day plan | 1-month $24.99 | $49.99/month (2026 variant) | 30-day money-back |
| Wisey | $4.99 to $10.50 one week | 1-month $9.99 to $19.99 | $39.99 to $69.99/month | 30-day money-back |
| Hypnozio | €4.99 one-week trial | 4-week €9.99 | €39.99 every 4 weeks | none |
| InnerFlo | $7.19 one week | 1-month $15.99 | $39.97/month | none stated |
| Mimika (face yoga) | $1 for 3 days | single plan | $39.99/month | 30-day money-back |
| Simple Life | €22 one week | 4-week €39 | €39 every 4 weeks | 30-day money-back |
| The Fabulous | $1 for 14 days (pay what you want) | $16.41 "most popular" of the pay-what-you-want options | $39.99 every 2 months | none stated |

| Front-end type | Who uses it | Price point | What it buys the brand |
|---|---|---|---|
| Paid one-week trial after a quiz | BetterMe, WalkFit, FitMe, Liven, Wisey, Hypnozio, InnerFlo, Simple Life, Yoga-Go | $1.99 to $7 | Card on file plus a personalised "plan" the buyer feels they built |
| $1 micro-trial | Mimika, The Fabulous | $1 for 3 to 14 days | Card on file at the lowest possible friction |
| Low-ticket digital product | MovesMethod ($27 + $17 bump), The Life Coach School ($4.99 book) | $5 to $44 | A buyer, not a lead, before the coaching pitch |
| Free lead magnet | The Life Coach School (Model Guide), MovesMethod (exit pop), Calm (7-day free trial) | $0 | Email and SMS before the price is ever seen |
| Membership sold directly off a VSL | Mindvalley | $59/mo or $199/yr | Recurring revenue from the first transaction; works because the VSL has $4M of spend behind it |
Five mechanisms show up repeatedly. The evidence per mechanism is below, with counts against the sixteen funnels.
This is the most relevant finding for a coach. BetterMe, Liven, MovesMethod, The Life Coach School, Mindvalley (Lifebook), FitMe ("certified coaches" programs) and The Fabulous all sell a human or coaching layer immediately after the first purchase. The app brands price it as a second recurring line that costs more than the app itself.

FOTW breakdown, MovesMethod: "a masterclass in how to sell a low ticket info product on the front end… and then escalate to a recurring subscription info product / community, a physical product upsell, and most important: a high ticket 'back end' coaching offer. Again all in a non 'make money online' space."
The table in section 2b is the LTV engine for the app family. The fine print on BetterMe reads: "if I do not cancel before the end of the 4-week introductory plan, it will convert to a 4-week subscription and BetterMe will automatically charge my payment method the regular price $38.95 every 4 weeks". Liven's one-week plan converts to €39.99 every four weeks, a 5.8x jump that CAI's analyst flagged explicitly.

CAI captured the in-app cancel path on five of these funnels. Three of the five intercept the cancel; two do nothing. The BetterMe config note says "no retention offers observed in Dec 2025".

| Mechanism | Funnels | Count |
|---|---|---|
| Intro price that renews at 2x to 6x | BetterMe, Liven, WalkFit, FitMe, Wisey, Hypnozio, InnerFlo, Mimika, The Fabulous | 9 / 16 |
| Human coaching or community upsell | BetterMe, Liven, MovesMethod, Life Coach School, Mindvalley, FitMe, The Fabulous | 7 / 16 |
| One-time add-on program or product | BetterMe, FitMe, MovesMethod (x2), Liven (workbook), Mindvalley (Lifebook), The Fabulous | 6 / 16 |
| Annual upgrade or annual-only | Mindvalley, MovesMethod, Wisey, Mimika, Calm | 5 / 16 |
| Cancel intercept (survey, pause, return offer) | WalkFit, Luvly, Wisey | 3 / 5 captured |
| High-ticket call at the end | MovesMethod | 1 / 16 |
Ad evidence is uneven. FOTW documented ads in depth for Liven, MovesMethod and Mindvalley. CAI's monthly analyses give ad counts and top landing pages for BetterMe, Wisey and InnerFlo. For Yoga-Go, WalkFit, FitMe, Simple Life, Luvly and Hypnozio we have the funnel but no ad data in the library. The consistent finding across the ones we can see: the winning angle names a symptom or identity, not the practice.
The FOTW article documents Liven going from 18 static ads on one angle (August 2023) to 1,000+ creatives across a chain of angles. Each new angle was first tested as an image inside the control copy, then scaled as its own headline and body. The "Cortisol Detox" angle created 8,000 monthly Google searches from zero.

The 2026 CAI captures show where this ended up: separate quiz entry points for stress, well-being and ADHD in eight languages, all landing on the same €6.93 paywall. The ADHD "execution plan" quiz was captured in August 2026 as its own funnel.
The FOTW host found 600+ active Meta ads and one live YouTube ad, against a 440K-subscriber organic YouTube channel. The testing framework is "new visual hook (first 3 seconds) on the control core video". The host's Schwartz analysis of the control ad is worth quoting because it is exactly a yoga coach's problem.

"Opens at Stage 2 (Problem Aware): 'I didn't know mobility had anything to do with my lower back stiffness.' The prospect knows they have pain/stiffness but hasn't connected it to 'mobility' as the solution category. Rapidly escalates to Stage 3 by naming the mechanism."
"The mobility/flexibility market is saturated with stretching, foam rolling, yoga. They're using Schwartz's 'new mechanism' strategy to leapfrog competition: OLD mechanism: static stretching, foam rolling. NEW mechanism: 'strength through full ROM + moving out of alignment'."
Read that second quote carefully: the best-documented movement funnel in the library positions itself against yoga as the tired old mechanism. The angle is "stiffness you can't fix with stretching", not "do yoga".
CAI's monthly analyses track BetterMe launching 4 new domains in November 2025 (betterme-chair-yoga.com, betterme-pilates.com, betterme-wallpilates.com, mind-quiz.betterme.world) and 11 more in December (home-yoga, pilates-plan, walking-workouts, fitness-coaching, military-workouts, meal-plan). Each domain is an ad angle with its own quiz skin on the same $15.19 paywall. The Nov 2025 BetterWoman funnel alone carried 1,605 ads.

| Brand | Evidence | Angle that is winning |
|---|---|---|
| Wisey | CAI Jan 2026: 9,021 FB ads across 17 landing pages, 89% video, +3,438% month on month. Feb 2026: 1,764 ads, 99% video. | /r/productivity-3 took 48.5% of all ads, then 23.8%. Productivity and "self-sabotage" beat the generic "personal coach" positioning; an ADHD domain (wisey-adhd.com) runs alongside. |
| InnerFlo | CAI Mar 2026: 583 YouTube video ads; of 268 FB ads, 60% drove to /sleep/1 and 39% to /stress-severity-score/1. | Two entry points, sleep and a "stress severity score", for one binaural-beats product. The sleep entry uses an advertorial. |
| Mindvalley | FOTW: one YouTube VSL, over 2 years, $4M+ spend, still ~$3K/day at breakdown time. | A mechanism story ("Jose Silva, a radio repairman, wondered what could reduce the resistance in the human mind") sold as a masterclass, feeding the membership. |
| Yoga-Go, WalkFit, FitMe, Simple Life, Luvly, Hypnozio | Funnels captured, no ad data in either library. | Unknown. The quiz landers imply the angle: age group (Yoga-Go), "8-week body transformation" (WalkFit), chair workouts for 50+ and tai chi for men 50+ (FitMe), "get rid of wrinkles" (Luvly). |
